Her company was repeatedly recognized by Washington CEO Magazine as the "Best Company to Work For", the first retailer to ever win this distinction.

She sold her company and has written a book, Common Things Uncommon Ways sharing with other business people her proven formula for success. In addition to speaking, Sunny serves as a Consultant for entrepreneurs and small to mid-sized businesses.

100% of the revenue from the sale of her book as well as speaking honorariums are all donated to the Private Charitable Foundation she established, the Kobe Foundation.
